Croton Arms Resort offers you exceptionally clean apartments, with fully equipped kitchens, including microwaves. In all our apartments you have a choice of a king size bed or two single beds. We offer five types of accommodation: Small Efficiency, Large Efficiency, Deluxe Large Efficiency, One Bedroom Apartment, and One Bedroom Suites. |

Small Efficiency - Fully equipped kitchenette with microwave, table for two, and private bathroom, no oven
Large Efficiency - Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, table for two, private bathroom with two reclining chairs and ottoman
Deluxe Large Efficiency - Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, table for two, private bathroom with two reclining chairs and ottoman
One Bedroom Apartment - Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, private bedroom, spacious dining and living rooms with pull-out sofa bed, and private bathroom.
One Bedroom Suite - Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, spacious eat-in-kitchen and living room with pull-out sofa bed. Private bedroom and separate open sleeping area with two more single beds. Private bathroom. |

CANCELLATION POLICY - Advance written notice prior to arrival is required to assure refund of deposit as follows: Thirty days for reservations of less than one month stay. Sixty days for reservations of 1 to 2 months stay. Ninety days for reservations of 2½ months or longer, less a cancellation fee of $100.00 up to two week reservation. $250 for all other reservations. If you are forced to leave before your scheduled departure date, every effort will be made to re-rent your accommodations and recovered balance will be returned to you. Confirmation will be acknowledged promptly as soon as deposit is received. Our facility is for registered guests only. All apartments are non-smoking. |
